Thank you for interest in the North Bay Helps platform. This is developed to help people navigate during emergency events such as the COVID-19 pandemic, as many service providers are offering a variety of different ways to be accessible to the public.
We ask when adding a listing, please provide as much information about how you are operating during COVID-19 including how people can access your services currently, operating hours, and contact information.

North Bay Helps
The agency remains closed to public access until further notice.
Applications for all Case Management services are still being accepted and intake will occur over the telephone wherever possible.
Case Management clients are contacted 2-3 times weekly during this time and staff will work to triage and accompany clients to urgent appointments based on client need.
Bridges Program – Trusteeship applications for service still accepted – Staff contact clients by telephone, weekly meetings for check pick-ups.
Applications for Justice Case Management, Court Diversion, Justice Outreach, and Community Treatment Orders will continue from the Courts, jail system and the North Bay Regional Health Center as received.
Residential congregated living homes are currently closed to visitors, and are discouraged at other building sites through signage and tenant education.

Mattawa Crisis Intervention program continues to operate with staff checking messages 3 times daily and clients are also able to contact the Crisis Intervention Program at North Bay Regional Health Center for urgent issues. 705-495-8198
